Alura was a Yakuza boss and the fiancée of Miyuki.
Biography[]
At some point, Alura became aware of the Aurora Program, which sought to create a reproducible replicant designed for killing. She kept two ex-Tyrell Corporation scientists to help her seek out data on the program.[1]
After Miyuki's disappearance, Alura gave details to Mead, a private investigator. She specifically told her that Miyuki had just been hired for a job by two "official"-looking people with Tyrell identification.[2]
After Miyuki had been found murdered, Alura followed Mead and Rumika, wanting to be in-the-know concerning the investigation into Miyuki's death.[3] As Stix, Mead, and Rumika fended off a group of men, Takumi – Miyuki and Sayo's brother – emerged. Alura shot him in the head, revealing herself to the group as a Yakuza boss. She offered an extension of Stix's life if he helped her find the Aurora Program.[1]
Alura led Rumika into a trap, in the guise of a meeting with her. One of her men launched an explosive into the building they met in, causing it to collapse and convince Alura that Rumika perished. Outside, she met with Stix, revealing to him that she knew that his type of replicant was one that was changing.[1]
