Arkady was the chauffer of the Selwyn family and a favorite bodyguard of Isobel Selwyn.
Along with Isobel and Cleo, Arkady disappeared in November 2019. He was later found by Blade Runner Aahna "Ash" Ashina, murdered inside Isobel's spinner, south of the Los Angeles viaduct.[1]
