Bob Gorsky, nicknamed Bullet Bob, was the owner of Bullet Bob's Runner Surplus and a veteran of the Phobos wars.
Biography[]
By Gorsky's own account, he served in the military for around three and a half years. He was somewhat physically disabled, claiming that his eyes were his only bodily organs to have survived the war intact. He notably despised replicants.[1]
He was accused of being a psychopath by Abdul Ben Hassan, whom he had threatened, but Gorsky viewed his outburst as justified, due to Hassan having sold him an iguana which promptly died. Gorsky supplied Ray McCoy with a limited number of higher-powered bullets for his firearm.[1]
When subjected to a Voight-Kampff test, his result was almost always inconclusive. If the test determined Gorsky to be human, he passed the Voight-Kampff test. If it determined Gorsky to be a replicant, McCoy spared him.[1]
Behind the scenes[]
Gorsky can alternatively be killed if he fails the Voight-Kampff test. However, this death is not canon, as Blade Runner: The Roleplaying Game shows that he is still alive as of 2037.
