Doctor Badger is a pawn shop owner who can get everything to the costumers, even real animals. He was played by Barkhad Abdi.
In the early hours of the night of July 5, 2049, K and Joi visit him in his shop in Los Angeles where he conducts an examination of the wooden horse, which was found by K in Morrillcole Orphanage. The examination reveals extraordinarily high levels of radiation (tritium). This leads K to the ruins of Las Vegas.[1]
