Bellingham was a replicant given an aged appearance by the Skin in order to "adapt," thus avoiding detection.
He lived at the Carleton, where he was visited by the Skin and questioned by Blade Runner Aahna "Ash" Ashina. When Ash asked him of Isobel Selwyn, he stated he knew "everything" and attacked Ash. Ash managed to defend herself and Bellingham told her to "Ask Alexander Selwyn why he wants his daughter dead" before jumping out a window.[1]
Bellingham later informed fellow refugee replicants that they had shot down Ash's spinner.[2]
