Howey Lee[note 1] was a sushi master.
In November 2019, Lee worked at the White Dragon and employed a replicant chef called Zuben who was targeted for retirement by rookie Blade Runner Ray McCoy.[1]
By 2037, Lee owned a restaurant in Hawker's Circle under his own name and was known for giving generous portions and discounts to Los Angeles Police Department personnel.[2]
