Kenji Kamiyama is a Japanese anime director whose work includes Blade Runner: Black Lotus. He worked with Shinji Aramaki on Ultraman and Ghost in the Shell: SAC_2045.
He is best known for directing multiple Ghost in the Shell projects, Jin-Roh and Ultraman.
