The Lombard Street Hall of Justice was a San Francisco Police Department precinct.
Dave Holden was the precinct's senior bounty hunter as of 1992/2021, with Rick Deckard ranking beneath him. Inspector Harry Bryant oversaw the bounty hunters. Ann Marsten served as the secretary to Deckard.[1]
