Los Angeles Interstellar Spaceport, also known as LAX, was one of Los Angeles' main transit hubs for all kinds of travel, whether on or Off-world. The United States West Coast's only functioning airport and spaceport, it was essential to the city's imports and exports.[1]
History[]
In 2049, after the capture of Rick Deckard by the Wallace Corporation, they attempted to transport him to the spaceport, intending to take him to a colony under their control for torture and interrogation, away from the scrutiny of Earth's authorities. This, however, was thwarted by Officer K, who intercepted and assaulted the convoy, rescuing Deckard.[2]
