Morrillcole Orphanage was an orphanage in the San Diego district of Los Angeles waste processing. It appeared to be one of the last remaining institutions in the largely ruined and abandoned San Diego area. The main building appeared to be repurposed from a massive, upside-down satellite dish.

A number of children were processed through the orphanage, including Ana Stelline. The children kept at the orphanage would salvage metals, including nickel for colonial ships.[1]
In 2049, Blade Runner K's search for Stelline – who had been born of the replicant Rachael – brought him to the orphanage, where he forced the caretaker, Mister Cotton, to show him the records relevant to the case. However, the records had been removed by an unknown party.[1]
