Nandez was an officer of the Los Angeles Police Department.
In June 2049, after Blade Runner K discovered remains underneath a tree at Sapper Morton's farm, Nandez, along with with Lt. Joshi and lab technician Coco, determined that the remains belonged to a female who died in childbirth.[1]
