Naplopo

Napolopo was a pachinko bar and uplink cafe in the Los Angeles Bar District.

The bar, which was open at all hours, illegally hosted unregistered uplink terminals in a private room, allowing anonymous use of the Wallace Data Network. The Los Angeles Police Department Vice division was aware of these terminals, but allowed them in exchange for their use.
