Oelsen Bakker was a Los Angeles Police Department Blade Runner active in the 2030s.
Biography[]
Bakker spent her youth on protein farms and had a brother who had died. She volunteered for the Off-World Colonization Defense Program, serving two tours. Around 2036, she participated in a fierce conflict under the command of Colonel Wade Marsten.[1]
During her service, she became sympathetic toward replicants. She joined the LAPD Blade Runner Unit and was forthright about her support for replicant rights. As of 2037, she was in a relationship with Hayden, but was not fully committed.[1]
