The "Film Continuity" banner means that the article is written according to the continuity established by the Blade Runner films and other releases that are intended to share the same timeline, but are not completely contradicted by later works. This includes:
- Blade Runner
- A Marvel Comics Super Special: Blade Runner
- Except where the comic contradicts the film.
- Blade Runner: A Story of the Future
- Except where the novel contradicts the film.
- Blade Runner (1997 video game)
- Blade Runner 2049: Memory Lab
- Blade Runner Black Out 2022
- 2036: Nexus Dawn
- 2048: Nowhere To Run
- Blade Runner 2049
- Blade Runner: Revelations
- Blade Runner 2019
- Blade Runner 2029
- Blade Runner 2039
- Blade Runner Origins
- Blade Runner: Black Lotus (anime)
- Blade Runner: Black Lotus (comic)
- Blade Runner: The Roleplaying Game
This does not include the continuation novels written by K. W. Jeter, since several major events in them are contradicted by Blade Runner 2049 and other subsequent releases. Therefore, these belong to the Jeter continuity. This continuity also does not include Soldier, as it has never been officially recognized as part of the Blade Runner franchise, thus subjects from Soldier have their own continuity section.
If the article's subject also appears in some form within the Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? or Jeter continuities, there should be navigation tabs above the continuity banner. If there are no navigation tabs, the subject has no equivalent in the other continuities, or the tabs to be added to the article.
