Pearl was a colleague of the Blade Runner Aahna "Ash" Ashina.
In 2029, Pearl helped Ash examine the body of a man who jumped to his death after being pursued. Despite Ash believing him to be a replicant, Pearl insisted that he was human due to the lack of a serial number on his eye.[1]
