Rajif is a thug stationed at Blade Runner Ray McCoy's apartment after McCoy is framed for murdering Izo by Lieutenant Guzza.
After McCoy is framed for a crime his boss committed, he can attempt to return to his apartment as one of his many options. If he does, Rajif will be there threatening to kill him if he ever returned again. McCoy asks about Maggie, to which Rajif blows off.
