Rei Kennex is a Ukrainian-born actress and musician. Her cosplay of Aahna Ashina was featured on four covers of Blade Runner 2029.
When Rei Kennex first saw a sneak peek of Aahna Ashina from Blade Runner 2019, she immediately set to work creating the outfit. As a longtime fan of Blade Runner, bringing one of the characters to life was incredibly exciting for her and debuted Ash at San Diego Comic-Con. Michael Green and Mike Johnson were impressed by her cosplay and invited her to appear on four covers of 2019's sequel series, 2029. She also has cosplayed other Blade Runner characters such as Joi and Elle.
