K facing the scavengers
A group of scavengers operated in the ruins of San Diego as of July 2049.
The group appeared to be little more than roaming bandits picking over the ruins of San Diego and the garbage being dumped there. The group disabled Blade Runner K's spinner as he flew over. After a brief confrontation, the group was suddenly killed by a series of airstrikes ordered by Luv.[1]
