Shinji Aramaki is a Japanese anime director whose work includes Blade Runner: Black Lotus. He worked with Kenji Kamiyama on Ultraman and Ghost in the Shell: SAC_2045.
He is best known for directing Appleseed, Viper's Creed, Evangelion: Another Impact, Ultraman and Ghost in the Shell: SAC_2045.
He is noted for work on powered exoskeletons and his mecha and CG design on several anime series.[1]
