Todd 3465 was a USCMC Soldier and a product of a military research project called Adam Project in which newborn infant orphans were selected by the US military and raised to become highly trained, disciplined, and elite combat soldiers. Todd was dumped on a planet designated as Arcadia 234 after being defeated by a new genetically engineered soldier and was thought to be dead by his superiors. During his time on the planet, he protected a settlement of colonists that crashed-landed on the planet from a unit of genetically engineered soldiers who used the colony and its inhabitants as target practice.
