Willem Novak was a Los Angeles Police Department Blade Runner.
Biography[]
Novak joined the LAPD around 2021. On one occasion early in Novak's career, the force anticipated a replicant attack on a Tyrell Corporation office, so assigned him to it. The replicants showed up and attacked Novak, cementing negative beliefs about replicants.[1]
After the Blackout, Novak left the force, but was beckoned back by Harry Bryant. Novak was once partnered with the corrupt Remy Krumpak and had also been married at some point, still possessing his wedding ring in 2037.[1]
